Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software or cloud services sales, account management, or renewals.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud solutions (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle SaaS, PaaS, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in contract negotiation, renewals, and sales support.
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Oracle CX, etc.), Excel, and contract management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
